Organic Creature Texturing Course

What is this?

This is a course I created to teach some texturing and modelling skills back. There is a lot of software out there and even more tutorials online for creating characters and creatures that don’t necessarily teach you the correct way work is done in the VFX industry. Taking a Cat Creature I had already modeled in Zbrush, I begin the texturing process in Mari and later add extra sculpt details with Zbrush. I also used Substance to texture the golden collar of the creature which I go through in the first video. The later videos in the course are about how I set up the Lookdev in Arnold once the textures were created and finally how I composited the final renders together inside of Nuke to make the images pop.
